As part of its social responsibility, the World's Best 10K in recent days gave a donation of
$9,320 to the Casa Cuna project, the first home for abused children. Received by voluntary surrender and administered by the Municipality of San Juan.

The hefty donation from $1.00 for each registration collected by the World's Best 10K in the last edition held in February this year was delivered to the First Lady of the Capital, Irma Garriga, from the hands of the executive director of the WB10K Race on Teodoro Moscoso Bridge, Rafael Acosta.

The World's Best 10K includes a race with a distance of 10 kilometers, in which walkers and runners of all levels including professional athletes, both local and international have the opportunity to break major world records for this type of event. The next edition will take place next year on Sunday February 26, 2012.

Thanks to the participation of the Da Vida Walking group with Fidelity and RaymondArrieta,
the World's Best 10K, a donation was $ 4.120 for the benefit of the Puerto Rican League Against Cancer. This donation is for the contribution of $5.00 per participant enrolled in the team and the award for "Best time per team in the category 10, for both female and male.
